The best time to apply beard oil is after washing your face with Hygieia's Nourishing Beard Wash. Before applying the oil, dry your beard with a towel so that it’s damp but not wet.

Then depending on the length of your beard, dispense a small amount of beard oil (usually a few pumps) onto your palm. Rub your palms together to warm up the oil and evenly distribute it between your hands.

Starting at the base of your beard massage the oil into the skin. This will help keep the skin moisturized and prevent irritation. Then continue to work the oil into your beard, distribute it evenly. During this step you can also use a comb or brush.

Once the oil is evenly distributed, style your beard as desired.

Depending on your beard length and personal preference, you may want to apply beard oil once or twice a day.

Remember, using beard oil is just one part of maintaining a healthy beard. Make sure to also trim your beard regularly, eat a healthy diet, and stay hydrated to help keep your beard looking its best.

Follow with beard wax to style as usual.
